"I want to express our appreciation for the professional manner in which Bill Connelly conducted our search for a new warehouse location in Sioux Falls. Bill presented a wide variety of available sites and without his quick response to a new listing, I doubt if we would have secured our new place of business".
“Bill was committed beyond measure, exemplified professionalism, and was thorough with the utmost detail. He was always optimistic that he would come across the right property to suit our needs. He flexed his schedule to accommodate viewings…he exceeded our expectations as a broker. Bill answered questions as quickly as he could, and when he didn’t know the answer, he assured us he would clarify and follow-up. Thank you, Bill, for all of your hard work and commitment – words could never express our heartfelt gratitude for all you have done to assist us.”
