Kathleen Hovland has been with NAI Sioux Falls for over 7 years. She meets the commercial real estate needs of her clients by specializing in the office market.

After graduating from the University of South Dakota with a B.S. in accounting, Kathleen went on to gain over eight years of accounting, sales and marketing experience in the computer hardware and software industries. Prior to joining NAI Sioux Falls, she served as the marketing director for a partner firm to SAP, one of the world’s largest independent software suppliers.

Industry and community relationships play an important part in Kathleen’s business philosophy. She is involved in the Realtor Association of the Sioux Empire, Rotary West, as well as Lutheran Social Services, where she serves as a mentor in the Sioux Falls elementary schools.

Kathleen works hard to satisfy her clients, consistently handling the largest number of transactions in the NAI Sioux Falls office annually. Over the course of her career in the commercial real estate business, she has completed over 175 sales and leasing transactions, resulting in over 16 million dollars in total transaction volume. Kathleen’s energetic, detail-oriented professionalism makes her the clear choice for all of your commercial real estate needs.

Education

Kathleen received her B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Dakota. She is currently a CCIM candidate.
