Mike graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN in 2001. He gained significant sales and marketing experience, previously working for organizations such as Minnesota Thunder Professional Soccer Club, Arizona Sahuaros Professional Soccer Club, Dakota Gold Soccer Club, and Twin Cities Phoenix FC.

Mike joined Sioux Falls Commercial in the fall of 2009. Since then he has provided clients with valuable insight into the opportunities of enhancing value in the acquisitiion and disposition of their multi-family assets. Mike's ability to analyze multi-family properties allows his clients to maximize their economic benefit. First Savings Bank utilized the services of Mike Orr with NAI Siouix Falls on two properties this past year. Mike got both properties sold in a timely manner. We found Mike to be very energetic. He knew the market and what expectations were realistic on the listing price. Mike routinely gave the bank updated on what was going on and who he was showing the properties to.
