Tim has over 20 years experience in banking, marketing, management, and financial services. People have chosen Tim to represent them in a variety of financial transactions because he has helped them get the results they want, and because of Tim’s ability to make complex transactions simple.

Scope of Service

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Tim has worked as a Financial Advisor at Waddell & Reed, as well as Dacotah Bank. Also, Tim served as the head of Private Banking  at First PREMIER Bank.  Tim works in several areas of buying, selling and leasing commercial real estate, including:

Education

Tim received his B.S. in Marketing from Northern State University in 1999. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker.  

He has an AIF® Designation (Accredited Investment Fiduciary), which demonstrates that an advisor or other person serving as an investment fiduciary has met certain requirements to earn and maintain the credential. The purpose of the AIF® Designation is to assure that those responsible for managing or advising on investor assets have a fundamental understanding of the principles of fiduciary duty, the standards of conduct for acting as a fiduciary, and a process for carrying out fiduciary responsibility. Tim also is licensed as a Life and Health Insurance Agent in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa.
